I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist who trained with CPHT Essex. My interest in Hypnotherapy began over 25 years ago when I had a course of Hypnotherapy to stop smoking. Forward wind to 2022 when I decided that I would like to help people improve their lives with Hypnotherapy the way I was helped.
I am fully Insured and have an Enhanced DBS. I am a full member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) & registered with the Information Commissioner's Office ICO
